  U.S. Army Military First Aid Packet (Original OD)

  Pre war or early WW2 U.S. Army Carlisle Model Bauer & Black wound packet. UNOPENED. The whole piece still has its original color. When the sulfanilamide disinfectant was introduced to the contents of the packets, the color of the boxes was switched from olive drab to the salmon color to indicate its presence. Later boxes would change back to the O.D.
