Assistant Nurse German Red Cross
The body of Helferin of the German Red Cross (assistant nurse) was a vital part during World War II, these women cared for by nurses, were engaged in cleaning and feeding the wounded soldiers, helped on core activities in operating rooms and also they maintained the morale of the soldiers, so that they could recover mentally.
The brooch was used in the neck of the dress, they came into being different ranges.
