  US M3 combat knife with US M8 B.M.CO sheath, manufactured by Camillus Cutlery Co. It is the 3rd model, the blade was sharpened so it lost its original shape, on the guard there are US M3 Camillus markings, the curious thing is that the guard is inverted, handle in very good condition, sheath in good condition with US M8 B.M.CO markings.
